We have two levels of Customer Service training.
NVQ Certificate in Customer Service Level 2
This certificate is for anyone with some experience in customer service, it aims to work on and recognize good practice in customer service in any industry, focusing on the importance of effective communication and delivery of service. Candidates will have the opportunity to improve their own skills and to support others within their team or organisation in the development of excellent customer service.
NVQ Diploma in Customer Service
The Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service is aimed at people who are able to respond to customers at a strategic level. It aims to work on and recognize good practice in customer service in any industry, focusing on being able to suggest improvements to customer service strategy within a company and
assist in the implementation of those changes.
